Can you see it?  Most people don't when they first look at it.  It is somewhat hidden but it was plain as day when I saw it.  Walking up from the Chambers Street Station on MLK Day 2000.  I had to take the shot because of the perspective from the stairs.  I feel lucky to have seen the buildings in their grandeur.
